Class fee is required at the time of registration and is for the class only unless otherwise specified. Register for classes in person, online, by email or by phone.
Registration does not include class supplies unless specified.
Register early: Classes are filled on a first-come, first serve basis with payment, and may be cancelled due to insufficient registration.
If a customer is unable to make the class, there will be no refund, gift card or class voucher issued. You may send someone in your place if you are unable to attend. Please let us know of any changes.
Classes cancelled by Snip & Stitch will be reimbursed in one of the following ways:
1. A class voucher that will have no expiry and you can apply this to any class at your convenience.
2. A store gift certificate for the full dollar value, less taxes, that you paid for the class registration. The gift certificate is like cash and it can be used in various ways in the store; for example on future purchases of merchandise in the store or for class registrations or machine repairs.
3. Or a refund cheque.

Please mark your tools. Lost or stolen items are not the responsibility of instructors or Snip & Stitch.
We offer a 15% discount on any class supplies purchased in store. Please let staff know which class you are registered for beforehand!
If the class requires a pattern, book, or machine embroidery design, each participant must have their own original version in accordance with copyright laws before class. (No copies permitted!)
Sewing machine/serger must be in good running order. Please bring your manual, foot pedal, power cord and accessories.
Full day classes will require you to bring your own lunch.
We do have a kitchen with microwave, kettle and fridge! Yes, we supply coffee, tea & have disposable drinking containers. Please be careful with drinks without lids in the classroom.
Please do not bring children to class with you.
Please refrain from wearing perfumes.
Please turn cell phone to vibrate. If you must take a call, remove yourself from class.
