Classroom Registration & Policy

Class fee is required at the time of registration and is for the class only unless otherwise specified.  Register for classes in person or online using our secure website. Visa, MasterCard, & Amex accepted. (Fee plus GST)

Register early: Classes are filled on a first-come basis with payment, and may be cancelled due to insufficient registration.  (This said, we do run classes with a small number of students so it doesn’t happen very often!)

You may send someone in your place if you are unable to attend. Please let us know of any changes.

Classes cancelled due to insufficient registration will receive a full refund.

No refunds are given on any Special Event or Speciality class.  Special arrangements may be made with a class refund voucher due to extreme illness or death (No Cash Value).

Please bring to class all supplies that are needed and have been requested by your instructor/teacher. Please be sure to print your supply list (found online on our website). *We recommend waiting until you are sure the class will run to purchase supplies.

· A 15% off discount will be given on any class purchase, excluding items ending in .99 , sewing machines and sergers & cabinets.

· For the hands on lessons, you must bring your Serger or Sewing machine with or without Embroidery Unit and include all accessories, power cord, foot control.

If the class requires a pattern, book, or machine embroidery designs, each participant must have their own original version in accordance with the copyright laws. (No copies permitted!)

Out of courtesy for the instructor and others:

-Please do not bring children to class with you.

-Please refrain from wearing perfumes.

-Please turn cell phone to vibrate. If you must take a call, please remove yourself from class. Full day classes will require you to bring your own lunch. We do have a kitchen with microwave and kettle!
